This is the magazine section. Magazines are great for entertaining yourself or others. This section has a lot of funny interesting books.

Here we have the senior fiction. These books have letters on them. These letters are in order from the first three letters of the authors last name. These book are for the year 7 and 8 students.

These are the sophisticated picture books. The seniors are the audience for these books.

Here we have the non fiction books. ‘These books are factual books. You’ll find these in arranged in order from the dewey numbers. These are great for reading about your school topic or topics that interest you.

Dewey System:

100: Philosophy and psychology

200: Religion

300: Education and social sciences

400: Language

500: Sciences and mathematics

600: Technology, health and cooking

700: Art, sports and recreation

800: Literature

900: Geography, history and travel
