Eastern Beach Recount - Addnan

Eastern Beach
*

You couldn’t imagine what an action packed adventure we had at Eastern Beach.  It was amazing. The shining green sea was one of the best parts of it.

When we arrived at the beach, Panmure Bridge school saw the yellow kayaks that were hooked to the back of a car. First, all the students sat down for the safety rules. Finally we had morning tea, I was starving. I munched on my scrumptious lunch speedily. I took handfuls and shoved it in my mouth.

Then the first group of kayak students got called up. It was mind blowing. I didn’t swim or kayak because of my broken wrists.  I didn’t want to watch anymore so I started to play soccer with my friends.  It was difficult to play soccer because of the two heavy things on my arms. (the casts for my wrists). Afterward, I saw the first group come out of the sea. I quickly ran to Teagan and asked him if it was boring or fun. He replied “FUN AS!”

I decided to play cricket. I knew it was going to be hard but I thought I’d give it a try. Suddenly, I caught someone out. It was unbelievable. I quickly snatched the bat off the current batter and ran in front of the wicket to start batting.
I didn’t do so well at batting, but it was amazing.

Everything always has an end to it and the trip was over after an exhausting day. It was a difficult day for me but it was exciting and fun.
