How to make a paper crane

Materials

A {15cm-15cm} Square Paper.

1. Fold the paper in half.
2. Fold the paper into quarters
3. Open the paper.
4. Fold it diagonally so it makes a triangle.
5. Unfold the triangle.
6. Fold it again diagonally on the other side so it makes a triangle.
7. Make a three layered square.
8. Turn the square around until the flappy parts are facing you.
9. Hold the left pointy part on the side and fold it into the middle.

10.  Do the same thing on the right side.

11. Repeat steps 9 and 10 on the other side.
12. Hold the triangle part on top and fold in into the centre line.
13. Unfold it until you get your three layered square.
14.Lift the top flap on the open end so that it looks like a diamond.
15. Do the same thing on the other side.
16. Hold the right pointy sides fold it in until it touches the center line.

17. Do the same thing on the left side.

18. Repeat steps 16 and 17 on the other side.

19. Hold one of the flappy leg and fold it on the side and tuck it in.

20. Repeat step 20 on the other side.

21. Open the wings of the crane.

22. Finally fold the head of the crane.

23. Hang the crane up by threading cotton through it’s body.
